For financial year 2026–27 · opens 1 July 2027
You just can’t find them. We read every email from the financial year, pull out the receipts and invoices, and hand you one list — every figure linked back to the email it came from. Nothing to set up in advance; it works on the mail you already have.
The year, counted
1,142
receipts & invoices found
An example, not a promise. What your year holds depends on your year.
The difference
A total you can’t check is a number you have to trust.
Most tools hand you a total. Every message we looked at and did not count stays in your pack, with the reason we skipped it — so you can search it, argue with it, and find the one we got wrong.
On a tax return the dangerous mistake isn’t a wrong total — it’s a believable one. A missing receipt is invisible: nobody discovers what wasn’t in the list.
How it works
Gmail or Outlook. Disconnect whenever you like.
We check how much of your mailbox is worth reading and tell you the price before anything is charged.
Charged on completion. If it fails you’re charged nothing and you keep whatever was found.
A spreadsheet your accountant can open, every row linked to its source email, and the full list of what we skipped and why.
What it costs
We count your mailbox first and tell you which price applies before you pay — so you never have to guess how much of your own mail counts, and neither do we. GST included.
Bigger than that and we’ll say so, and charge you nothing. We’d rather turn a scan down than hand you a pack with things missing from it.
Charged only when the scan finishes. No subscription.
What we don’t do
We never tell you what you can claim.
Not because we’re being careful — because we genuinely don’t know your circumstances, and in Australia telling you would make us your tax agent.
What we do instead: you pick your occupation from the ATO’s own list, and we show you the ATO’s own guide for it — quoted word for word, with a link and the date we retrieved it. Beside it, separately, we show what you spent.
Your occupation: Carpenter (you chose this)
[ATO guidance for this occupation, quoted verbatim — retrieved text inserted at build time. Not written by us and never summarised by us.]
→ Read it on ato.gov.au · retrieved [date]
Whether any of it is deductible is for you and your registered tax agent to decide. We never join those two halves together. That gap is deliberate, and it’s the honest position: your accountant knows things about you that we don’t.
Questions
Message text is kept so every figure can link back to its source — that’s what makes the pack checkable. You choose how long it stays, and one year is the default.
No. That’s the point. It works on the mail you already have.
It will miss some things — any tool would. That’s why the pack includes every message we looked at and didn’t count, with the reason. You can search it and find what we got wrong, which you can’t do with a total.
No. It runs once, on a year that’s already finished, and gives you a list. Nothing to maintain, nothing to log into next month.
Yes — Australian financial year, Australian data, Australian company. A deliberate choice, not a limitation we plan to grow out of.
No, and it never will. It produces the list. What you claim is between you and your registered tax agent.
